Кафедра фізіології та анатомії Навчально-наукового центру «Інститут біології та медицини» бере активну участь у підготовці фахівців освітнього рівня «Магістр» (денна форма навчання) за напрямом «Медицина» на 1-3 курсах. Усі обов'язкові дисципліни («Анатомія людини», «Фізіологія», «Патофізіологія») та вибіркові дисципліни «Клінічна фізіологія» та «Основи нейроендокринної регуляції фізіологічних функцій», що викладаються на кафедрі українською та англійською мовами за даним напрямом, забезпечені навчальними та робочими програмами, створеними із врахуванням сучасних тенденцій розвитку вищезгаданих дисциплін. Матеріально-технічне забезпечення кафедри дозволяє, у відповідності до навчального плану, проводити на сучасному рівні лекції, лабораторні та практичні заняття. Використання імерсивних технологій в освітньому процесі сприяє наочному і цікавому вивченню дисциплін в аудиторіях віртуальної реальності.
Важлива роль серед навчальних дисциплін підготовки майбутніх лікарів належить дисципліні «Анатомія людини». Вивчення анатомії передбачає сприйняття великого об'єму інформації, яку необхідно детально запам'ятати. Анатомія буде супроводжувати майбутнього медика весь його професійний шлях. Дисципліна «Фізіологія», яка дозволяє зрозуміти функціональні процеси, що лежать в основі життєдіяльності людини. На основі знань з фізіології студенти опановують принципи роботи різних органів і систем організму, а також взаємозв'язки між ними. Дисципліна знайомить майбутніх лікарів із механізмами адаптації до змін навколишнього середовища, стресових впливів та інших чинників, що сприяє розумінню патогенезу захворювань і пошуку ефективних методів лікування. «Анатомія людини» та «Фізіологія» охоплюють всю структурно-функціональну організацію та механізми функціонування організму людини за умов норми та розвитку різних патологічних станів.
Навчальна дисципліна «Патофізіологія» вивчає загальні закономірності функціонування організму людини, яка хворіє, на рівні клітин, органів, систем та організму в цілому; механізми резистентності, виникнення та перебіг хвороби та її наслідків, а також одужання. Патофізіологія, як навчальна дисципліна, формує методологічні основи клінічного мислення; забезпечує можливість проведення аналізу клінічних ситуацій з метою подальшої діагностики, лікування, профілактики хвороб.
Дисципліна «Основи нейроендокринної регуляції фізіологічних функцій» є ключовим компонентом підготовки майбутніх лікарів, оскільки вона дозволяє зрозуміти складну інтеграцію нервової та ендокринної систем у підтриманні гомеостазу організму. Практична значущість цієї дисципліни полягає в ознайомленні студентів з основами діагностики гормональних і нейроендокринних порушень, у вмінні вибудовувати ефективну стратегію лікування пацієнтів з ендокринними розладами, усвідомленні зв’язків між психоемоційними станами, нервовою регуляцією і гормональними змінами.
Навчальна дисципліна вільного вибору «Клінічна фізіологія» є основою вивчення принципів клінічного мислення, формування у студентів адекватних наукових уявлень про клінічні аспекти процесів організму, а також формування знань та навичок здобувачів вищої освіти з організації діагностики та методів профілактики захворювань шляхом аналізу відмінностей між нормою та патологією.
За роки підготовки майбутніх фахівців-медиків співробітники кафедри взяли участь у розробці навчальних програм, посібників, атласів, підручників, які відповідають сучасному рівню розвитку медицини.

The Department of Physiology and Anatomy of the Educational and Scientific Center "Institute of Biology and Medicine" takes an active part in the training of specialists of the educational level "Master" (full-time study) in the direction of "Medicine" during the first, second, third years of study. All compulsory disciplines ("Human Anatomy", "Physiology", "Pathophysiology") and elective disciplines "Clinical Physiology" and "Fundamentals of Neuroendocrine Regulation of Physiological Functions", taught at the department in Ukrainian and English in this direction, are provided with educational and working programs created taking into account modern trends in the development of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Logistics of the department allows, in accordance with the curriculum, to conduct lectures, laboratory and practical classes at the current level. The use of immersive technologies in the educational process contributes to visual and engaging study of disciplines in virtual reality classrooms. An important role in training future doctors among other disciplines belongs to the discipline of «Human Anatomy». The study of anatomy involves the perception of large amount of information that has to be memorized in detail. Anatomy will accompany the future doctor throughout his career. The discipline "Physiology", which allows you to understand the functional processes that underlie human life. Based on knowledge of physiology, students master the principles of the work of various organs and systems of the body, as well as the relationships between them. The discipline introduces future doctors to the mechanisms of adaptation to environmental changes, stress influences and other factors, which contributes to understanding the pathogenesis of diseases and the search for effective treatment methods. «Human Anatomy» and «Physiology» cover the entire structural and functional organization and mechanisms of the human body under normal conditions and the development of various pathological conditions.
The discipline «Pathophysiology» studies the general laws of functioning of the human body under the conditions of illness at the level of cells, organs, systems and the body as a whole; mechanisms of resistance, the origin and course of the disease and its consequences as well as recovery. Pathophysiology, as an academic discipline, forms the methodological foundations of clinical thinking; provides an opportunity to analyze clinical situations for further diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention.
The discipline "Fundamentals of Neuroendocrine Regulation of Physiological Functions" is a key component of the training of future doctors, as it allows you to understand the complex integration of the nervous and endocrine systems in maintaining the body's homeostasis. The practical significance of this discipline lies in familiarizing students with the basics of diagnosing hormonal and neuroendocrine disorders, in the ability to build an effective treatment strategy for patients with endocrine disorders, and in understanding the connections between psychoemotional states, nervous regulation, and hormonal changes.
The elective discipline «Clinical Physiology» is the basis for studying the principles of clinical thinking, the formation of students' adequate scientific ideas about the clinical aspects of the body as well as the formation of knowledge and skills of higher education in diagnosing and preventing diseases.
During the years of training of future medical specialists, the staff of the department took part in the development of curricula, manuals, atlases, and textbooks which meet the current level of development of medicine.
